Amendment of establishment and operation license of VIPC management investment fund corporation (18/01/2010)

State Securities Commission issued Decision No 58/UBNCK-GPDC on 12 January 2010 for amendment of establishment and operation license No 49/UBCK-GP of VIPC Capital Management Corporation dated 23 January 2009 as follows.

Head office: No8 Nguyen Hue, District 1, HCM City.

Legal representative: Mr Nguyen Xuan Tung – General Director 

The decision comes into effect as from the signing date.

Our new office location

After establishing for one year, VIPC has just moved to a new place in Nguyen Hue Street, which is commercial office building location in August 2009.
Continuing consistently move on pushes VIPC to reallocate location in order to tune in the investment from domestic and international personal and institutional investors. VIPC has received up to 100 billion VND approximately from investors so that VIPC is going to invest in new funds which is able to spread into niches market in full potential and available in Vietnam

With this new allocation, VIPC has strengthened its ability and resources in order to face with new challenging of an emerging market, Vietnam.
