Mr Nguyen Ngoc Truyen – CEO Deputy
With more than ten years experience working in the financial and banking field, Mr. Truyen now holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of the VIPC Capital Management Corp. He is responsible for building and developing the company’s business strategy, perfecting the organization structure and human resources, running the company’s operation and executing the entire development plans of VIPC.
The VIPC Board of Investment (BOI) is established to enhance the knowledge and experience of the investment team in order to make optimal decisions for VIPC’s investment activities. The BOI is responsible for investment appraisal, managing operation regulations, investment process and advising on policies for developing the most efficient investment portfolio. In addition, it monitors the compliance of the BOM (Board of Management) on investment regulations.
The BOI periodically reports to the BOD (Board of Directors) on investment portfolios, solutions for upcoming investments and the investment plan for the next period.
The board of advisors helps to perfect VIPC’s development strategy, enhance the image of VIPC, strengthen our team’s competence, create more business opportunities for VIPC and support in developing investors’ relationships.
