Mr Nguyen Ngoc Truyen – CEO Deputy
With more than ten years experience working in the financial and banking field, Mr. Truyen now holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of the VIPC Capital Management Corp. He is responsible for building and developing the company’s business strategy, perfecting the organization structure and human resources, running the company’s operation and executing the entire development plans of VIPC.
Before joining VIPC, Mr. Truyen had more than 10 years experience working for the representative office of RZB (Austrian Bank) in Vietnam in the position of Assistant to the Chief Representative and Marketing Manager. During this time, Mr. Truyen obtained experience about the Vietnamese financial and banking market and built up connections with a number of potential customers both within Vietnam and abroad.
Mr. Truyen received the Executive Master of Finance and Banking degree issued by the Business School of the North Western University of Applied Science and Technology of Switzerland and 3 bachelor degrees in English and Business Administration in Foreign Trade and Law. Beside these degrees, Mr. Truyen also has received training courses regarding finance and banking in Singapore and Austria.
Mr. N.W . Ng - CEO Deputy
In the role of Deputy-CEO at VIPC, N.W. provides advice on setting company’s business strategy, organization structure and development plans.
N.W. brings his 26 years great experiences in both top management level and Capital Market Trading experience in the financial field to VIPC. Graduated from University of Hong Kong with a B.S Honorable Degree, he soon realized his passion and instinct in financial field , joined financial giants like HSBC, Merrill-Lynch in early stage of his investment career .In 1988 he passed the NSDA Certificate Exam in Series 3, 5, 7, and Qualified as Sale Person in Securities, Futures & Options. During Mid 90’s he was partnership with a few venture capitalist and raised up funds in Dubai, Moscow, Czech Republic, UK & Greece for FX Portfolio Managed Accounts . During his 13 years with Sun Hung Kai Forex & Bullion Ltd., among other 60 dealer’s representatives he was awarded as “Top Producer” for 7 years.
As CEO for Tokyo FX Portfolio management firm Akebono Shoji Kabushiki Kaisa from 2000-2006, company sold to a local investor with handsome profits at the time he back to Hong Kong. He received his re-entrant certificates of Securities Dealing, Fund Management, Derivatives from Hong Kong Securities Institute in 2006.
N.W. expertise experiences range deeply from financial sophisticated products, productive sales, strategic marketing, asset portfolio management, market risk solutions. Along well with his own career success, N.W proved himself as an energetic, aggressive and dare-to-take-risk businessman, prior to join VIPC he was CEO for Japan Advisory service Ltd ( A Regulated FSA Firm), give capital market advisory service to financial institutions major clients included some famous China State owned enterprises.
Mr. Anh Tuan Ho – Head of Compliance
Mr. Anh Tuan Ho is Head of Compliance and HR Director of VIPC Capital Management Corporation, where he oversees legal issues and procedures, internal control and human resource. Previously, Mr. Ho was senior consultant at International Daiho law firm, International Pureun Law Firm where he advised all legal issues and managed legal processes relating to business activities, investment operations, real estate and infrastructure investment as well as mergers and acquisitions for local and oversea investors in Vietnam.
He has also held Head Compliance at Investco Group (operating in real estate and infrastructure investment and construction material production) and Indovina Bank. Mr. Ho has almost more than ten years professional experience in real estate investment, investment activities and financing. He holds MBA from the University of Bolton, Bolton Business School in United Kingdom, Bachelor from Hanoi Law University, and Bachelor from HCMC University of Science (IT major) in Vietnam.
